Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing standard research, reporting, and analytical support for the delivery of end-to-end support for Global Markets sales, trading and underwriting business for securities, foreign exchange, fixed income, exchange traded derivatives, and over-the-counter derivatives across multiple Lines of Business. Key responsibilities include carrying out duties under general supervision and assisting teammates while following established procedures.

Responsibilities:

Maintains accuracy of client portfolio using internal and external comparison toolsPerforms research and conducts standard analyses using established techniques, including transactions that require special handling and exception handlingExplores methods to enhance processes, further reduce risks, and boost client experiencePartners with colleagues on the trade and sales support teams, as well as external agentsCreates reports and liaises with internal partners to ensure proper client reporting and assist with regulatory reportingEscalates potential risks and exposures to manager in a timely mannerAssists with ad-hoc projects, new processes, or initiatives requiring coordination among subject matter experts representing multiple product areas or functions

Job Summary
The Global Funding and Cash Management (GFCM) in Charlotte is responsible for providing support to the Corporate Treasury Line of Business and the Secured Funding Line of Business.

What you’ll do
Candidate will play a fundamental role in  a team responsible for a segment of our business.. You will join an industrious team of professionals in Global Funding and Cash Management where you will impact our business and clients supporting daily department responsibilities which includes:
• Developing deep product knowledge of the day-to-day operations within Bank of America in order to research and resolve issues..
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal or external partners including: Trading, Sales, Corporate Treasury, various functional teams within Global Market Operations, and Agent Banks.
• Involvement in key project initiatives from conception through implementation which includes design, testing, operations sign off, and ultimately production release.
• Assisting with Audit, OFAC, and other regulatory related inquiries.
• Investigation and resolution of reconciliation breaks aligned with the department.
