Brigham Finance, Insurance and Real Estate Department. This is a part-time position which supports financial operations, including processing UFGO transactions, travel reimbursements, and professional development expenses. Additionally, the candidate will provide backup support by learning and assisting with other fiscal functions within the team. The role also serves as the front office receptionist, handling responsibilities such as answering the main phone line, mail pick-up and distribution, managing room reservation requests, and assisting visitors, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of university procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Working knowledge of UF Marketplace and UF GO. This is a temporary part-time week (20 – 30 hours a week). Expected Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
