Paid Bi-Weekly

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Must be able to communicate effectively in English; writing, speaking, reading & understanding.
+ Must have basic skills in the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.
+ Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Experience working in a Medical A/R; Medicaid/Medicare eligibility and insurance processes.
+ Knowledge of Health Insurance Authorizations & Eligibility & knowledge of Medicare A.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND EXPECTATIONS:
+ Works under the supervision of Business Manager II.
+ Complete and submit Medicaid applications.
+ Provide knowledge of Medicaid benefits to families and residents.
+ Assist in the admissions process as needed.
+ Provide tours of the facility to prospective residents and families.
+ Assist with documentation gathering, faxing, filing, scanning, uploading, and copying.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
This position is in the Other Personal Services (Temporary) system.
