OPS Project Coordinator (Enrollment Management)

Job Description:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Change Management and Communication

Create and deliver tailored change communications and training materials, such as presentations, memos, and training sessions, to engage stakeholders and promote a smooth transition. Facilitate and manage change events and workshops, including coordinating logistics, developing agendas, and leading discussions to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Monitor and evaluate progress, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting the change management plan as needed. Identify and resolve issues, including escalating concerns to stakeholders and developing solutions to mitigate risks and minimize disruption.

Project Planning and Management

Develop and record project objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for evaluation upon completion. Guide project teams on best practice project management and technology implementations. Conduct regular presentations on project activities. Identify potential risks and collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to overcome obstacles affecting project success. Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future enhancements to user experience.

Other Duties

Document processes and ensure adherence, interpretation, and application of relevant regulations. Actively participate on committees, departmental initiatives, and division-wide initiatives. Other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor. Expected Salary:

$20/hour; commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area.

Must be available to work 40 hours/week.

Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of relevant experience; for example, in project management, change management, communications, or stakeholder engagement. Understanding of change management methodologies and techniques.  Analytical, problem solving, project management and implementation skills. Written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation and interpersonal skills for proposing actions, analyzing risks, and influencing and facilitating sustained change. Experience with collaborating and communicating with management and leadership.  Demonstrated ability to use logic and reasoning to assess alternative solutions and approaches to problems. Ability to commit to at least 12 months of employment in this role is preferred. Special Instructions to Applicants:
