About the role

The successful candidate must be eager to dive deep into processes and have proven record of delivering project results insisting on the highest standards. The preferred candidate must have finance and/or payroll knowledge and experience, ability to get requirements independently and customer obsession.

Key job responsibilities
As our LATAM Payroll Operations Projects Analyst, you will be responsible to:
• Lead end to end Payroll Projects for one country or group of countries
• Collaborate with other leaders in cross functional project and program initiatives
• Collaborate in efforts to evaluate and redesign Payroll processes to align with the company’s rapid grown and commitment to quality
• Collaborate with teams across IT, HR, Finance and Accounting to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented
• Assess new ideas/opportunities to identify what
is the best approach to reach country specific or region objectives/goals
• Lead projects such as :automation, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, legislation changes, with a set of agile methodologies.
