The Strategy team delivers labor planning and staffing solutions in a real-time environment for NACF Operations. The Strategy team strives to solve the most pressing problems within Amazon’s supply chain, delivering programmatic solutions and sustainable processes. We are a centralized team, dedicated to the supporting the business via capacity planning, labor strategy, and organizational development. The SCSS team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated associate to support centralized Week 0 initiatives across multiple NACF networks.
Key job responsibilities
Your job responsibilities as a Week 0 Associate may include:
• Execute critical Week 0 Standard Work on daily and weekly cadences.
• Must be able to comprehend SOPs with minimal support and identify opportunities.
• Respond to site questions and issues raised through the Week 0 programs.
• Proposes solutions on quality/productivity and work on milestones with
• Effectively identify and communicate issues and escalate to management.
• Highly organized, excellent multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
Basic Qualifications
• Graduation in any Discipline is required for this position
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL and Data Warehouse is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
