Ops Support Lead Analyst - C13 - Risk & Control Account Services - Hybrid

The Ops Sup Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Lead Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

Serve as technical authority for an area within the business providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business as well as provide operational assistancePerform analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes and expand Operations capabilities for new products and servicesCommunicate regularly with all Operations teams and departmentsMaintain knowledge of Citi’s operational procedures, best practices in business strategy and process/quality improvements in order to provide customized business solution recommendations to internal clientsAnalyze existing operational processes and apply creativity to complex situations, as neededPerform User Acceptance Testing and platform rolloutsLead projects across multiple Operations areas, serving as an analytical and/or procedural expert and coach lower level team members on operational processesHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

6-10 years of experienceExperience in developing risk management programs, identifying all significant processes, risks, and assessing key controls and monitoring associated with these significant processesSelf-motivated and detail orientedProven organization and time management skillsDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$93,440.00 - $140,160.00
