Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.

Subfamily Description

NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and / or managing the planning of communications networks for customers. Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance. Contains optimisation and / or managing of the optimisation of customer networks. Covers the execution of end-to-end design-related activities (address surveys, site surveys, design and as-built) for deployment projects.

 

Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications engineering  Fluent command of English language. Other languages will be a differential. Office 365 Skills. Standard telecommunications skills such as: Optics(WDM),  optical design parameters. Specific programming languages and tools to develop macros and scripts. Routing protocol and Phyton, Linux, java Proven Field experience in Nokia IP transport products mainly in Network management system, DWDM(PSS/OTN) Should know various transport technologies like DWDM, SDH, ETH (EoSDH and MPLS-TP), GMPLS Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills  Working knowledge of the 1830 PSS product family Working knowledge of Optical DWDM / OTN theory and Operation Ability to work remotely with customers and internal teams (technical and non-technical) Ability to methodically troubleshoot network issues and perform fault isolation - possesses good problem-solving skills and troubleshooting instincts  Ability to work on unseen problems and emergency situations Ability to prepare and deliver regular and frequent reports on the network health and its usage to customer and internal teams
  This position will allow to deploy optical  transport networks. Should support design activities using the Nokia's tools. Interact with the Network Integration and New Product Introduction Teams. Create MoP and documentation related to our daily activities. Support TPM during project execution providing technical support  Interact with the New Product Introduction Team whom are responsible for testing optical transport equipment.
