Developing Airtable bases sometimes heavy in automation
Configurations in the ServiceNow platform
Process evaluation and optimization
Data management including pivots and design formatting
Conceptualizing LMS integrations
Operationalizing in Cohort management tools
Stakeholder and relationship management
Conducting consultations and needs analysis
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.An automation mindset and determination for making things easier
Experience with Javascript for database automation
Knowledge about traditional project management principles and frameworks
Experience conducting requirements gathering and developing that documentation
Knowledgeable with process improvement methodologies
Data management principles; proficiency with analytics
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in L&D is a plus
Be adaptable; to change, tools, process, etc
