About the Position:
Insight Global is looking for an Optimization Coordinator to join one of our largest Agriculture clients on a 6 month contract with a high likely hood of extension. The coordinator will be joining the strategic fleet and equipment retail team helping support a massive digital supply chain project. The candidate will need to have excellent personal skills with the ability and experience to present power points and other presentations to branch managers and retails managers showcasing statistics and expected values of the project. The candidate will connect with stakeholders on a monthly basis to provide reports and updates on how things are progressing as well as areas of potential improvements. They will also be able to showcase value adds and cost savings by optimizing the program to it's fullest. The majority of these numbers will be created using excel, Power BI and SQL but the candidate is not expected to be an expert in all areas (strong understanding will be helpful). The candidate will need to problem solve and use Nutrien resources to create meaningful and value add presentations as well as connect and build personal relationships with the branches.

Skills and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Integrity & Quality:
Track all data integrity issues specific to each division and ensure they are addressed promptly.
Oversee data quality clean-up initiatives to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Coordinate with the Hardware Lead to resolve data quality issues related to hardware.
Collaborate with divisions and branches to ensure Systems of Record (SOR) are updated to completion.
Monitor and adapt to Data Quality Score changes and implications to maintain high data standards.
2. Conduct Monthly Meetings:
Organize and conduct monthly meetings with various divisions to discuss ongoing enhancements and data issues related to the Digital Supply Chain project.
Engage with divisions to gather feedback on the system and gauge how they are maximizing their value.
3. Update Divisions on Resolutions:
Provide timely updates to divisions on all requests and resolutions to ensure alignment and clarity.
4. Communicate Field Roadmap:
Align on roadmap with Optimization Lead and Product Owner based on feedback received from the field
Regularly communicate the field roadmap to ensure all divisions are aware of upcoming plans and initiatives.
5. Value Realization (VR):
Evaluate and follow up on the impact of division decisions, ensuring they translate into actionable insights.
Communicate this impact to the Value Realization lead for reporting.
Work closely with the field team to identify VR cost savings opportunities originating from key decisions. Document these decisions and add new use cases to the playbook.
6. Production Issues Tracking:
Track production issues and enhancements from identification to completion, maintaining clear communication with divisions.
7. Internet of Things (IoT) Support:
Provide support to Divisions for IoT setup, troubleshooting, and resolution. null
