What you'll do:
Collaborating closely with skilled professionals, you'll conduct comprehensive eye exams, offer vital medical eye care, prescribe vision correction options, and determine medical treatments. You'll engage in insightful discussions, addressing each patient's unique concerns and preferences. Your input will also be crucial in refining clinical protocols and constant improvement. A typical day consists of 27 to 35 exams. Each OD will have a scribe assigned for assistance on patient load, and a team of screening staff to help free up time between patients. The practice features advanced technology, including AR, lensometry, OCT, Visual Fields, Corneal Topography, SMAP, Optomap, OptiLight IPL, and IOL Master/A-Scan, enabling you to offer the highest diagnostic accuracy and treatment recommendations.

Who you are:

You're a highly skilled, dedicated Optometrist passionate about providing the best possible care to each patient. You're passionate and capable of confidently handling a diverse range of patients with varying visual needs and ages. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about staying up to date on the latest advancements in optometry and personalized treatment plans, thereby supporting the practice's growth and reputation as a leader in the community. You have a strong sense of workplace professionalism and are comfortable working alongside a team of talented professionals, to ensure seamless patient care and contribute to a positive work culture. As a vital member of the team, you must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to connect with a wide range of patients.
