OR Care Technician Coordinator Responsibilities
Ensures the timely and efficient completion of daily task assigned to the OR Care Techs.Identifies orientation and educational needs and assists in designing and developing programs to promote education and enhance skills. Assists the manager with the development and implementation of new programs and systems. Screens candidates for replacement positions and participates in the completion of annual performance and competency evaluations. Assists the manager in the monthly scheduling of the OR assistants.Promotes communication and collaboration among staff to enhance customer service to patients, surgeons and other members of the health care team.Requirements:
BLS (Basic Life Support)High School or EquivalentMinimum of 2-year experience in a related field (Surgical Related, Sterile Processing, Patient Care)Preferred - Specialized education in PCT, LPN, EMT, MA, or CNAPreferred - 1-year - Coordinator Role in a related field Preferred - Interpersonal skillsBenefits:
