\n\nYou will establish and share your vision for nursing practices within the unit.\nWork closely with supervisors and nursing staff to reach department goals. Teamwork is key in achieving success.\nPrioritizing a positive work environment, you'll ensure the establishment of effective processes and protocols, fostering best nursing practices and research.\nEncouraging the growth of each team member, you'll facilitate their professional development in both clinical skills and leadership capabilities.\nTo excel in your role, stay informed on new nursing research, best practices, and patient care models.\nAs a proactive problem solver, you'll identify and address any ethical or clinical issues that may arise.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful In The Role
\n\nFamiliarity and proficiency in nursing procedures and patient care standards.\nYou need to know regulations, laws, and rules, as well as certification and accreditation guidelines. Qualifications
\n\nBachelor's degree, preferably in Nursing.\nA minimum of three years' prior experience in a relevant role is required.\nThe candidate must be a registered nurse.\nBasic life support certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire, is essential for this role.\n
