WITHIN YOUR TEAM
X-Rite seeks an Oracle EBS/Cloud Developer to work in our global IT department. Your primary responsibility is to serve as the Oracle technical expert for Finance, SCM and Service modules and collaborating closely with business partners to document requirements, create technical designs/documents, and monitor project progress. You inherently excel as a networker, both internally and externally, at all levels. Engaging on both local and global scales, you will take on the role of Oracle expert, assuming responsibility and providing guidance for global processes. Additionally, the position involves pre-release testing and collaborating with the worldwide enterprise team to secure support for optimizing business processes, significantly contributing to operational excellence and innovation.
WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
· Ability to support requirements gathering with end users, conduct workshops, develop requirements, and design documents.
· Experience investigating, researching, and resolving production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
· Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL and PL/SQL.
· Experience working on Configurations/Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration (CEMLIs).
· Ability to develop test scenarios, support unit testing and user acceptance testing.
· Develop associated EBS documentation including but not limited to requirements, design, code testing and end user documents, etc.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, and the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
· Experience working with a globally distributed team and interacting with offshore team.
· Experience working on helpdesk support services in an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment like Jira.
· Strong Understanding of EDI ( 850 /810/856/846/830)

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
· At least 3+ years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle EBS Applications including R12.
· Strong experience providing operations and maintenance support of Oracle EBS Modules – Financials, Inventory, Supply Chain, Procurement, Service, GTM and Workflow
· University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
· Technical skills, including writing SQL and PL/SQL queries using TOAD, EBS Workflow Administrator, and XML Publisher.
· Proven experience working with Oracle Support to investigate, research, recommend, and test Oracle EBS patches.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
