Job Duties:

Analyze engineering, supply chain and business-related data-based decision problems of the clients and effectively implement and improve the supply chain applications.Support the current solution of Oracle applications and testing and fixing the bugs.Work through the daily and weekly tickets which are submitted and assigned to the team and prioritize the resolutions of the same.Unit Test, System Test, Integration Test, UAT, Development of a test plan, execution and analyze the defects created during the testing cycle.Fix all the issues and bugs that come during the support of current Oracle Application production system. This would also involve helping the end user to understand the reason for the particular issue and what measures have been taken to address and fix the issue.Enhance, Maintain and Support of production projects, track defects and fix the issues and take them through UAT and Production migrations.Assist customers in planning the enhancement requests related to Oracle applications and develop and deliver them to meet the timelines.Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams to make sure the fixes do not break other existing processes.Use Oracle Tools Reports, BI/XML Publisher, Forms and Reports for any customizations or enhancement.Understand the current business process and as well as the existing problem for a reported production issue.Coordinate with the offshore team for issue fixing, delivery planning, testing and tracking the fixes.Manage the client for Status reporting for time vs delivery status.Work with functional leads and business analysts' testers and PMO to successfully deliver the solutions.Perform peer review of the code/fixes before submitting and deploying them for testing.Conduct demo sessions for the business users to support discussions and provide solution options for a particular or group of production issues/problems.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
