Work You’ll Do
Application Management Services (AMS) used to be synonymous with support but today it is much more than that. Our Human Capital as a Service AMS team focuses on helping our clients realize the true value of their Oracle HCM Cloud transformations by first creating the right solutions to maintain and support their investment. This team brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. As we grow, this team will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio. We will help clients navigate the future through Bersin Insights, CulturePath/EngagePath and Change Scout. 

Responsibilities will include: 

Collaborate with clients to understand their capacity and needs to ensure continued success and effective usage of Oracle HCM Cloud.Engage in proactive suggestions for optimization and apply creative thinking to solving problems. Engage with Deloitte’s Human Capital as a Service offerings and understand our key messages to bring additional value to clients.Lead teams to design and define the scope resulting in efficient and effective pricing and resource planning.Share your knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud as you lead your team through the sales and solutioning process to formulate the best plan to drive client goals forward post implementation.

 Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline8+ years of experience working in Oracle Cloud configurations/integrations.8+ years of experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing).8+ years leading project teams, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations8+ years managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client8+ years mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to continue to grow and develop your colleagues within the practice4+ years involvement in the sales processAbility to travel 10 - 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients/industries/sectors you supportLimited sponsorship available

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills – must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Strong client presence with project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate the team, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,725 to $322,875. 

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
