Our always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.Techno-functional - Oracle Cloud EPM ConsultantLooking for a EPM Techno-functional lead who will be driving a Cloud solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders. Lead should be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle Hyperion Cloud SAAS platform- EPBCS. The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions. Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud- EPBCS implementations.
Skills:Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Functional Consultant Experience:Minimum of 2 years of Oracle Cloud EPM functional experienceRoles & Responsibilities8-12 years of experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle Hyperion suite of products.2-3 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing latest versions of Oracle’s Cloud Hyperion suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, Planning Cloud etc.Strong functional understanding of Financial Planning and Budgeting specially with Financial, Workforce and Project moduleEnd-to-end implementation experience with EPBCS- Workforce and Project moduleAbility to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design, functional designExperience in Business Process redesign or transformationExperience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshoreExperience in driving requirement gathering sessions, conduct CRPs and Demos, run pilots to showcase EPM productsExperience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same timeHands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts etc.) Building data integrations and designing Dashboards & Reports
Qualifications and SkillsEnd to end Integrations between EPM Cloud and other source systems like ERP, HR system etc.Experience in client facing role – Conducting workshops/CRP’s/User story clarification sessionsExperience in documenting functional design documents, Test strategy/scenarios/cases, Application user guide etc.Need good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
