CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with expertise in modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.Proven experience in a business analyst or similar role, preferably within a finance department.Strong accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles, month-end close processes, financial reporting, and compliance.Solid understanding of financial systems and how they integrate with accounting processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, FRS, BI Publisher).Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.Preferred Skills:Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and/or Oracle Cloud EPM upgrades and implementations.Familiarity with tax, audit, and compliance regulations as they relate to financial systems.Strong Excel skills.
