Oracle Cloud Functional Specialist

Key Responsibilities: 

HCM System Implementation & Configuration:

5+ years in HCM Cloud functional support experience.  Support experience in handling tickets / issues related to Core HR, ORC, Absence Management and at least couple of other HCM modules. Excellent business communication skills Ability to speak to business users and process owners to understand the ticket requirements Must work in Second Shift (IST business hours 2 PM to 10 PM) Understanding of HCM business operations Analytical, Problem solving and multi-tasking skills Provide ongoing support and maintenance activities of the Oracle HCM Cloud functional modules ensuring they are functioning optimally and meeting business requirements. Ensure data privacy and security for all HR data  Assist business in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts Support client with test script execution Follow the SLAs and other terms of the Contractual obligations Provide status and ticket updates to the stack holders

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support for HCM systems, addressing issues related to system performance, integration, and data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, bugs, and other technical issues. Liaise with software vendors for advanced technical support and issue resolution.

Functional Expertise & User Training:

Act as a functional expert for HCM modules, guiding end-users on best practices and system functionalities. Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to enhance user proficiency. Develop and document business processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

System Enhancements & Upgrades:

Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Lead or support system upgrade projects, including testing and validating new functionalities. Ensure that HCM systems remain compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Data Management & Reporting:

Oversee data management tasks, including data migration, data cleansing, and data validation. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR analytics. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the HCM platform.

Integration & Interface Management:

Design and manage interfaces between HCM systems and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM). Ensure seamless data flow and integration across systems. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain integration scripts, APIs, and connectors.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT departments to understand their needs and provide appropriate HCM solutions. Engage with business leaders to ensure the HCM system aligns with strategic goals. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HCM system configuration and customization. Preferred experience in programming languages (e.g., SQL,Java) and integration tools (e.g., SOAP, REST APIs). Certification in Oracle HCM.
