Job Location: Hybrid (preferred base locations - Atlanta, Charlotte, NY. Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Washington. DC area)
Job Description: The Oracle Cloud Compensation Lead manages multi-cultural and techno-functional teams, interacting with businesses to understand pain points and coordinate solutions.
Use understanding of HCM Cloud modules to lead discussions and guide teams.Have at least 2 end to end Oracle Compensation implementations on a global scale across multiple geographiesPossess deep expertise in Base Compensation, Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, and Total RewardsExperience working on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role.Expertise gathering mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, and requirements documentation.Must have experience in fast formulas specific to compensation rules and payroll elements.Prepare functional design and work with Offshore teams for implementation and testing.Understand the interactions with dependent modules for implementing Compensation.Experience implementing Payroll and Absence desired.Required Skills
Prepare functional design and gather requirements and implement enhancements.Must have excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills and problem resolution skillsNice to Have Skills: Active Certifications in the Oracle Compensation module and experience with page customizations and redwood design studio.Life at Capgemini
