Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect. Responsibilities: * Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect will be responsible for all HR, Payroll, and Absence Data migration Oracle HCM Cloud * Handle all the Payroll Migrations end to end * Handle the Element Entries and Element Entry values load * Develop the reports to extract the Geo codes for Tax Calculation Cards * Load all the Calculation Cards for Federal, State, County, City, and PSD using HDL and HSDL * Load the Default Cal cards for before 2019 employee Calculation Cards using HDL * As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will work on HDL error reports and logs during the mocks * Work with customers and functional consultants to define data migration strategies that support the overall project objectives, using best practices and thought leadership to set a strategy that is realistic, achievable, and timely and to quality * Develop the HDL validation report for after-load validation * Handle calls with business and extract teams to design the solution * Responsible for Data migration issues during the parallel testing * Manage the offshore team during the Mocks * Provide estimates for cutover and go-live plan
