Oracle Cloud Program Director\nOur client is a mid-sized, entrepreneurial leader in the Oracle Cloud Consulting space, with exceptionally strong delivery teams. We are engaged on a search for an Oracle Cloud Program Director within the PMO. In this role, you will manage large-scale implementation projects containing multiple sub-projects within an overall program. These programs will have a high degree of complexity, are often global in scale, and contain multiple technology components.

\nResponsibilities:\n

Collaborate with client contacts managing cross-functional client project team members to facilitate project delivery

\n\n

Ensure the delivery of programs through the following phases: Concept, Requirements Definition, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment

\n\n

Collaborate with Apps Associates project team members, who are both onshore and offshore to successfully deliver projects

\n\n

Manage the execution of the project's activities and resources in partnership with the division technical leads and business partners

\n\n

Lead project teams through scoping definition and ensure all execution efforts align to project goals

\n\n

Lead the establishment of measurable and achievable critical success factors for the project

\n\n

Control planning and execution to ensure that cost, time, and quality goals are met

\n\n

Develop and maintain project plans and related project artifacts and provide view of plans and progress to date

\n\n

Manage against the approved budget and recommend course correction as necessary.

\n\n

Conduct periodic stakeholder meetings to ensure status clarity and clear expectations

\n\n

Possesses the ability to turn troubled projects around when and if needed

\n\n

Make continuous improvement a priority - The Program Director should have a solid grasp of basic and many advanced project management principles, along with having experience in successfully applying and advancing those principles.

Support Apps Associates sales team with the development support of new sales opportunities and/or support changes to existing scope utilizing internal change control processes

\n\n

Requirements

\n\n\n\tEducation and years of experience: BS/BBA 16-18, MS/MBA 14+\n\t5+ years of Program Management experience with programs of $7M+ in annual revenue\n\t10+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar level role\n\tLeadership of a minimum of twelve (12) full life-cycle implementations in the Senior Project Manager or Program Manager role\n\tGlobal/multi-product implementation experience\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\tStrong time management, organization, and collaboration skills\n\tProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet (preferred), Jira (preferred)\n\tProficiency with the Microsoft suite of business productivity tools (for example: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams)\n\tStrong understanding of the cloud software development lifecycle including waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.\n\tDemonstrated ability to lead multi-pillar, multi-project programs\n\tDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite Stakeholders\n\tThe Program Director must have project management and/or hands on experience with at least three (3) of the following technologies:\n\n\n\n\tOracle Cloud ERP (Fusion, SCM, Financials, HCM, or equivalent)\n\tAmazon AWS\n\tOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)\n\tCustom Software Development (with the Enterprise space)\n\tIntegration technologies such Boomi, Mulesoft, Oracle Cloud Integration Service or equivalent\n\tAnalytics technologies such as SnowFlake, Hyperion, Oracle Analytics Cloud or equivalent\n\n\n\n\tAbility and willingness to travel up to 75% if needed\n
