Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) Talent Acquisition Team requires: Position Overview The Evolve Program is an organization-wide ERP digital transformation program, implementing all aspects of ERP technology and business change throughout several different entities across the global Allegis Group. The program is utilizing Oracle Cloud applications along with a variety of additional technical components delivered by multiple teams. The program is complex and involves both internal employees, external implementation partners, and consultants. TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) is seeking a contract Oracle Cloud Project Manager with 5+ years of experience (Agile & Waterfall) to work within a large system global implementation to support the delivery of this organization-wide ERP digital transformation program throughout several entities across various geographies for TEKsystems’ parent company, Allegis Group. Working under Allegis Group Leadership but aligned to an Engineering and Operations team from TGS, the contract Oracle Cloud Project Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of a complex environment plan and environment-specific deployment plans, ensuring the Evolve Program meets its intended milestones specific to the schedule. This is a large-scale effort consisting of 10+ environments used by 15+ teams (each with different environment needs and scheduling requirements) and thus the contract Oracle Cloud Project Manager should have experience working in a similar landscape. Core work hours are from 9-5PM EST, and this contract Oracle Cloud Project Manager would need to spend 2 days onsite per week at Allegis Group’s headquarters in Hanover, MD. This contract opportunity will last for the remainder of 2025. Responsibilities • Ability to lead remote teams in coordination of activities within a single or multiple workstreams • Excellent understanding of Environment Management strategies • Managing team progress against environment plans with a constant focus on critical path • Managing and measuring vendor deliverables in support of the environment plan • Create deployment plans with the specific steps required for individual environment builds and migrations • Acting as a point of escalation for customers and vendors around Change, Problem, and Incident management activities related to Environment Management • Creation and Management of Oracle Service Requests as part of Environment Management • Participation in regular status reporting to ensure all levels of the organization have data-driven transparency into progress • Following appropriate escalation paths on risks and issues • Partnership with OCM team to ensure work in your functional areas is dovetailed with the relevant change management activities • Identification of cross-workstream dependencies and remediation of work plans to remain on the critical path Desired Skills and Experience • 5 or more years of experience in delivering large scale Oracle implementations within a matrixed, multi-pillar environment • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud PaaS infrastructure is required • Consistent experience in development and maintenance of environment plans (Excel, MS-Project, Smartsheet), at high and detailed levels • Experience using ServiceNow, Digital.ai is beneficial • Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience • Excellent knowledge of Excel and ability to manage shared complex spreadsheets • Must have excellent presentation skills • Distributed workforce management including remote US and outsourced partners • Ability to translate and communicate complex technical requirements into business terms • Understanding of IS methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, ITIL, and QA/Test • System integrator (vendors) management in support of maintaining the critical path in regards to environments ************************************ We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
