Job description

Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for Compensation area.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.At least 8+ years of Information Technology experienceAll applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Compensation moduleHands on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for USKnowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile modeExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycleExperience with Lean / Agile development methodologiesCandidate should be proficient in all the Compensation ProcessesAbility to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Compensation and other modulesKnowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teamsExperience managing team size of 5+ would be a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
