Requirements:
The Developer is a techno-functional role responsible for production support and component development delivery in an internationally implemented Oracle E-Business Suite. The Developer will work on day to day support, maintenance, and required development in Oracle eBusiness Suite (R11 moving to R12) environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Application of Technical and Functional knowledge to provide support/maintenance/development work to complex business challenges in Oracle EBS and integrated boundary systems.
· Maintain and manage system interfaces internal/external to an Oracle EBS.
· Coordinate/Collaborate with US team as a track with oversight to contract resources on sustaining/maintenance/development activities.
· Coordinate/Maintain delivery of service level agreements for reported service requests.
· Coordinate with various departments to maintain data consistency, accuracy, and automation.
· Documentation of enhancement technical specifications (MD70) and production support guide lines for use both internal IT teams and externally business teams.
· Coordinate, Assess, and troubleshoot system integrations and internal software logic.
· Provide timely communication on root cause analysis and close loop action to customers.
· Expand on current skillsets in other application technologies to enhance team response.
· Alignment of software solutions to common coding, and naming standards as defined at Brocade.
· Assist with software review, maintenance, and buy/build recommendations.
Skills:
· Strong working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, XML Publisher, Workflow, OAF.
· Strong technical understanding: Service Contracts, Install Base, Order Management. We have a complete implementation so extensive knowledge in other areas is expected.
· Strong API, base table understanding in conjunction with processes above. We are a customized environment that depend on standard knowledge.
· Working knowledge of Oracle Development tools, experience with Oracle EBS version 11.5.10 & R12, upgrade experience.
· Integrated Boundary system (3rd Party Software) experience is needed around integrations to with an Oracle EBS.
· Ability to identify issues, constraints, design considerations, and advise management.
· Experience performance tuning interfaces/reports/custom pl/sql within an Oracle EBS Environment.
· Advanced knowledge of Oracle Applications Technology Stack on an Solaris/Linux platform.
· Experienced interacting with Oracle Support and Metalink.
· Advanced written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management
· Ability to troubleshoot in a replicated production environment with some production access.
· Ability to meet deadlines and deliver with the highest quality.
· Ability to drive development initiatives with diverse teams in multiple locations.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to supervise when needed.
· Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English.
· Willingness to expand knowledge in other technologies to expand team diversity.

Qualifications
Education:
· Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
· 3+ years experience developing or supporting integrations, enhancements, implementations to Oracle E-Business Suite release 11.5.10.2 or R12 and/or integrated boundary systems.
· Emphasis in Technical experience with a solid Functional background for process understanding.
· Sustaining experience supporting and maintaining a production environment.
· Completion of project delivery and production support with business interaction a must.
