A Software Engineer II mentors other software engineers as needed and is competent to work on all phases of activities with moderate guidance. A Software Engineer III is competent to work on all phases of activities with minimal to no guidance. Furthermore, the successful candidate is regarded as a key resource with deep and broad expertise of specific applications, interfaces and data.
