Key Responsibilities

Production Support – Provide support and troubleshoot issues that arise within the Oracle EBS environment and related applications. Work closely with other IT teams and Oracle support to resolve issues Database Management – Keep the databases running smoothly, develop and maintain scripts and queries Upgrades – Keep all levels of the EBS infrastructure from OS to application tier current and take advantage of new cloud technologies Projects/Initiatives – Help with customizations/integrations related to new projects and initiatives Release Management – Perform deployments for monthly releases and support the deployment tool Patching and Vulnerability Management – Prepare and perform quarterly patching of the entire stack and eliminate vulnerabilities Cloning and Refreshing: Clone production environments to create development and test environments Backup and Recovery: Maintain and test backup and recovery policies and procedures
