What You’ll Get to Do

We are seeking an Oracle EBS Technical Developer to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. The desired candidate will work in an Agile development team building Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, and Workflows (RICECPW) solutions. Candidate will develop, design, configure, test and document solutions based on the requirements and user stories.

More About the Role

The Oracle Technical Developer is responsible for the design & development of RICECPW in most of the Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM, FA & FND, and JTFSupport all technical activities and follow the processes consistent with approved Agile approach.Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different RICECPW components.Review Change Requests and collaborate to de-compose and refine requirements.Tune and optimize packages, stored procedures, PL SQL, and application in an Oracle 19c RDBMS environment.Provide technical support during the release testing phases.Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents.Manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules.As required, provide updates to the deliverables identified for the development team.Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.
 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Experience in Oracle e-BS R12 and Oracle databases.Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Service Modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM, FND, FA and JTF modules.Strong in PL/SQL, XML, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions)Strong technical knowledge of OA Framework (OAF) developmentAbility to implement UI modules using APEX integrated with e-BS.Ability to implement BI Analysis using Oracle Analytic Server (OAS, formerly OBIEE)Ability to reverse-engineer highly complex modules to diagnose root cause of user-identified data issues.Familiar with Oracle e-BS database schema, especially those related to Oracle Service modules.Experience with shell scripting.Periodically perform impact analysis of the Oracle product updates.Strong knowledge of developing interface and conversion routinesDeliver solutions that meet the identified SLAs.Excellent written and oral communication skillsWork as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop professional documentation and other written materials.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required.5+ years of Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11Experience in requirements analysis, testing, documentation.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

Experience in Oracle SOA Suite, specifically BPEL.Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes.Experience in AgileExperience in Java Programming is a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
