POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Oracle EBS Developer is responsible for RICE/CEMLI technical solutions for our Oracle EBS environment, ensuring that they are designed properly, execute efficiently, and effectively support our business. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

•Designs, documents, builds, tests, and deploys Oracle-related RICE/CEMLI

•Manages code pack storage, version control, and ensures development standards and software development lifecycle best practices are defined and adhered to

•Properly unit tests developed code

•Works with Oracle Corporation, developers, and 3rd party consultants to identify and resolve system issues affecting development

•Tracks and reports all current and potential risks to maintain high business service standards

•Identifies technical opportunities for improved services

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 
Minimum of 4 years of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience. Expert knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Developer or Toad. Bachelor’s degree or seven year job equivalent experience.

SUCCESS FACTORS/JOB COMPETENCIES: 
Knowledge and experience of BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Java/Developer and JavaScript or CSS. Knowledge of how Oracle integrates with email servers and 3rd party software. Ability to document technical design of RICE/CEMLI using Oracle’s AIM methodology. HTML and web development knowledge and experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in business relationships


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform basic math skills, use decimals to compute ratios and percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions.
