Job DescriptionEngage in hands-on delivery of Oracle EBS solutionsAs part of project delivery, the candidate should be able to:Analyze and document As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be ProcessesPerform Design Validation and identify areas of improvementSuggest and improve business processesPrepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Oracle EBS processes.Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Oracle EBS functionality & configurationImpart training to users on Oracle EBS

QualificationsProfessional qualification equivalent of Engineering3-5 years functional consulting in ERP, with specific experience in Oracle EBSHands-on Part of atcleast 3 End-to-end ERP implementation projectsStrong understanding of integration between ERP modules

Extensive experience with Oracle EBS in Finance modules, P2P, O2C is critical.

Excellent communication skills – to be able to engage with customers in a pre-Sales as well as in Project contextSolution mindset – Should be oriented towards solutions aimed at solving customer problems and not towards implementing standard solutionsShould have experience in Oracle Implementation and SupportHave a holistic picture of IT and ERP landscape – to be able to provide recommendations and roadmaps to customers for IT initiativesKnowledge / Experience of other ERP systems would be a strong value add
