Role: Oracle EBS Payroll and Time & Labor Developer
Location: New York, NY
Years Experience: 10+
Responsibilities:/Qualifications
· Sound experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
· Performed hands on activities in configuring balances, elements, fast formulas, Time entry rules, Time Validation rules, garnishments, earnings and deductions.
· Sound experience in Payroll processing, post processing activities, configuring of payslips.
· Worked on yearly Roll Up patches impact assessment for HRMS and year end patches for HRMS/Payroll.
· Knowledge about HR Security roles and responsibilities configuration. HR Security Profiles.
· Understanding of RICEFW in EBS.
· Should be able to work with Client in a fast-moving support environment and should be able to work with offshore team.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
