Arlluk Technology Solutions LLC, a Koniag Government Services subsidiary, is seeking skilled professionals to support the Defense Health Agency's Technology Support Branch (TSB) in providing flexible, agile delivery services for various Military Health System (MHS) applications. The role involves working on critical systems such as PCOS, CCQAS, DMHRSi, EAS IV, ESSENCE, and PHIMT, which are essential for managing healthcare claims, provider credentialing, human resources, cost allocation, disease surveillance, and health information management. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite modules and their application in healthcare and government settings. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
The Oracle eBusiness Suite SME will be responsible for providing expert guidance on the configuration, customization, and use of Oracle eBusiness Suite applications. Key responsibilities include: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle eBusiness Suite applications within the MHS environment. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle eBusiness Suite modules to meet specific MHS requirements. Provide technical and functional expertise in areas such as Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Project Management modules. Analyze business processes and recommend best practices for utilizing Oracle eBusiness Suite functionalities. Develop and implement customizations and extensions to Oracle eBusiness Suite applications as needed. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert-level support for Oracle eBusiness Suite applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle eBusiness Suite with other MHS systems. Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end-users and technical staff. Participate in upgrade planning and execution for Oracle eBusiness Suite applications. Stay current with Oracle eBusiness Suite updates, patches, and new features, recommending improvements as appropriate. Ensure compliance with government regulations and security requirements in Oracle eBusiness Suite implementations. Mentor junior team members on Oracle eBusiness Suite best practices and methodologies. Education and Experience:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 10-12 years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation and support, or Master's degree in a relevant field with 8-10 years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation and support, or PhD in a relevant field with 5-7 years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation and support Required Skills and Competencies: Extensive experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite applications and modules Strong knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite architecture and technical components Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and database technologies Experience in customizing and extending Oracle eBusiness Suite functionalities Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Forms Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite security and user management Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite integration technologies (e.g., SOA, Web Services) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Experience in requirements gathering and analysis Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Desired Skills and Competencies: Experience working in government or military healthcare environments Knowledge of healthcare IT standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA) Familiarity with agile development methodologies Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and hybrid deployments Knowledge of data conversion and migration strategies for Oracle eBusiness Suite Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence and reporting tools Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Oracle eBusiness Suite applications Understanding of change management principles in enterprise software implementations Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2) Oracle eBusiness Suite certifications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Certified Implementation Specialist) Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
