Oracle EPM Analyst
Description We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Analyst with expertise in Project Costing to support our financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) applications, particularly in Project Costing, Financial Planning, and Forecasting. This role will involve system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Oracle EPM solutions to enhance business decision-making. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud applications (such as Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS). + Support Project Costing functions within Oracle EPM, ensuring accurate project financials, allocations, and reporting. + Work closely with finance and IT teams to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. + Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and other BI tools. + Assist in system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, or other financial systems). + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, metadata updates, and calculation scripts. + Support financial data validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis. + Document system processes, configurations, and user guides for training and support. Qualifications & Skills: + 3+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion applications. + Strong knowledge of Project Costing, Financial Planning, and Forecasting within Oracle EPM. + Hands-on experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and EPM Automate. + Familiarity with data integration tools and scripting (EPM Automate, Data Management, FDMEE, etc.). + Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.). + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with Oracle PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service). + Knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Python for data analysis and automation. + Understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards. + Oracle EPM or Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
