Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Administrator with expertise in Oracle Fusion to manage, maintain, and optimize our ERP environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ensuring the overall performance and security of our Oracle ERP system. This role requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications and related cloud technologies. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Administer, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications, ensuring system stability and performance. + Manage user access, roles, and security policies to maintain compliance and data integrity. + Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed. + Oversee and execute system patches, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure system reliability and security. + Work closely with IT, Finance, HR, and other business units to optimize ERP functionalities and resolve system issues. + Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and integration details. + Support data migration, integration, and interface development between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications. + Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and internal teams. + Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices for ERP administration. + Participate in ERP-related projects, including new module implementations and process automation. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar Oracle ERP solutions. + Strong understanding of Oracle ERP security, user management, and role-based access control (RBAC). + Experience with Oracle PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS environments. + Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools. + Familiarity with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API management. + Hands-on experience with ERP data migration, patching, and troubleshooting. + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Preferred Qualifications: + Oracle Fusion ERP certification(s). + Experience with Workday, SAP, or other ERP systems in addition to Oracle. + Exposure to financial, procurement, supply chain, or HR modules within Oracle Fusion. + Knowledge of cloud security best practices and IT compliance frameworks.
