Position 1) -
Demand Planning
- Demantra and Demand Planning hands on experience.
- ASCP (Advance Supply Chain Planning)
- SBP (Synchronized Business Planning)
- Experience with customer facing & hands on coaching/training capabilities.
Position 2) -
Supplier Sourcing
- R12 hands on experience with GBPA (Global Blanket Purchasing Agreement) in a manufacturing environment.
- iSupplier hands on experience in a direct materials environment.
Position 3 -
Finance
- Oracle E-Business Suite, Financials, and Business solution.
- AP, AR
-Costing
Position 4) -
Supply Planning
- Production planning, flow manufacturing and Lean manufacturing experience.
- Very good understanding of Inventory module
Position 5) -
WMS/Logistics
- Very good WMS module knowledge - label printing, WMS rules, carbonization, task assignment in
paperless environment
- Mobile (MSCA/Telnet) knowledge - transaction
- Basic knowledge of Purchasing to handle hand-offs
- Basic knowledge of Quality to handle hand-offs.
Position 6) -
Manufacturing
- Item, BOM, Routing, Engineering changes management
- Manufacturing
- Flow Manufacturing
- Quality Management (NCMR process),
- Inventory management, Inventory transaction
- Shop floor scheduling and sequencing
- OSP process
Position 7) -
Order Management
- Good knowledge of Shipping execution
- Basic Manufacturing knowledge to handle hand-offs
- Understanding of Order to Cash Lifecycle.
- Order processing for EDI, iStore and manual orders.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Release Management,
- Advanced Pricing, Shipping, and Inventory and Accounts Receivables knowledge.
- Knowledge of OM setups and ability to trouble shoot issues.
General Job Description for all 7 roles:
Will focus on business support to the Oracle ERP solution, working closely with super users, and IT technical support. Will have specific skills appropriate to their support area - see additional description
Candidates will have worked as an end user or have in depth functional knowledge of Oracle E Business suite and Value Chain Planning applications deployed and an understanding of manufacturing supply chains.
Role detail:
• A business resource responsible for specialized support to global design of the Oracle ERP Solution
• Partners with Corporate Supply Chain Global Process owner to maintain alignment to the strategic intent of the Supply Chain processes.
• Will assist in the development of testing/training material and all documentation related to the processes that are in the ERP Process Landscape and are maintained within the ERP Process Library
• Level 3 trouble shooting from Production and assisting super users with problem resolution, process understanding and end user transactional issues.
Provide analysis and recommendations on the types of problems that are encountered to feed back in to design and education
Key skills:
• Empathy and problem solving skills, ability to read and interpret process documentation and recommend improvements to the documentation and training materials.
• Experience of a structured call handling and escalation process and system. Ability to explain the solution to a problem.
• Understanding of Oracle cost and management accounting
• Work in a global environment is highly desirable in this role
Travel - 20% of the time for training and on boarding activities. Normally based in one location (Columbus)
