Oracle Functional Architect
Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for an Oracle Functional Architect to join our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. This is a hybrid position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.

Roles and responsibilities:
· Responsible for crafting, implementing, and maintaining solutions to improve inventory management, production scheduling, and overall supply chain efficiency using Oracle's MRP planning tools.
· Applying sophisticated features to optimize demand, supply chain, and business scenarios in diverse settings.
· Ensuring data integrity by handling and cleansing data within the Oracle system, including item master data, BOMs, and lead times
· Crafting reports and dashboards to monitor critical metrics regarding inventory levels, production efficiency, and supply chain performance
· Providing training and support to end users on Oracle Planning and MRP functionalities, addressing queries, and resolving issues
· Translate the business requirements to functional specifications' document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix
· Identify and lead functionality and Application issues during CRP, SIT, UAT
· Work with technical team on data conversion and existing data transformation.
· Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
· Design (Blueprint and Spec)
· Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)
· Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)
· Training/Documentation
· Become Available (Cutover, Launch)
· Run (Post - mortem, Hypercare)
· Able to handle multiple small projects with meaningful priorities within scope.
· Provide end user support during hyper care
· Work with project coordinator to report achievements, project progress, risks etc.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle EBS in multiple manufacturing facilities. Extensive experience with Oracle Planning and MRP modules within the Oracle ERP suite. Good understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory control, and production scheduling. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work with multi-functional teams. Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and customization Experience in project management, including implementation and support phasesSalary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 to $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
