Description We are in search of an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to join our team in the construction industry in Houston, Texas. As an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, you will be expected to manage and mentor a team, handle multiple tasks with various priorities, and understand technical documentation. You will also be responsible for managing HRIS and providing solutions to problems using your strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Manage HRIS Techno/Functional Analyst team with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. • Develop your team to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs. • Handle multiple tasks with varying priorities while maintaining a strong work ethic. • Evaluate problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions. • Understand and communicate technical documentation, both functionally and technically. • Maintain a strong understanding of HR and Talent products, functions, and processes. • Participate in virtual conference calls and travel for team and group events as necessary. • Use your strong project management and organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities and function with minimal supervision. • Demonstrate strong ability to understand technical documentation. • Use your excellent presentation skills to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is a must, including experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud. • Significant experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Strong database management skills, with a focus on Oracle databases. • Familiarity with EO/IR systems. • Proficiency in using Epicor for enterprise resource planning. • Experience with AB Testing to optimize system performance. • Understanding of Business Process Functions within the construction industry. • Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents. • Experience in Change Management, especially within cloud technology environments. • Skills in Configuration Management, with a focus on Oracle systems.
