About the job:

Kent is looking for a Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Subject Matter Expert / Project Manager


Your responsibilities:

Required to succeed for this role:12+ Years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering /scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HCM solutions in the following modules (Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, Payroll)Worked as a HCM Solution Architect and delivered multiple projectsShould have completed at least two 4 phases full project life cycle (initiation, planning, implementation, and closure) with extensive experience In Oracle Fusion HCM ModulesGood understanding of the following Oracle Fusion Products in the capacity of Solution ArchitectWell versed with Oracle HCM modules specifically on Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, Payroll)Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.Strong understanding on how the Information Technology can drive business.At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University / College.Responsible for:Managing vendors and consultants’ relationship to make sure that Project Implementation/ Rollout delivery is as per timeline.Providing expert solution for the modules in implementation scope.Project Management includes conducting Steerco, Weekly Meetings and other adhoc meetingsLeading the implementation team in the project that includes Requirements Gathering, Analysis, System Design and Configuration and User Acceptance Testing and Go-liveIdentify functionality gaps in the product from a business process perspective to drive efficiency and initiate projects to build a solution.Facilitate end-user training, testing, troubleshooting and provide POST GO LIVE Support & Structure.Assist HCM team users in mapping and streamlining business practices to implement the moduleFacilitate Reports and Dashboard specification development and deployment.Work closely with HR Business Partners to drive adoption and user satisfaction in using Oracle Fusion HCMTechnically capable to Validate the Design, ConfigurationImport / Load and validate Master and Transactional Data

These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

Skills Requirement and Qualification: 12+ Years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering /scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HR Applications, 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCMShould have completed at least two 4 phases full project life cycle (initiation, planning, implementation, and hypercare) with extensive experience in HCM modulesGood understanding of the Oracle ERP systemsExperience in Project ManagementAbility to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organizations.Strong understanding on how the Information Technology can drive business.At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University / College.Communication:An excellent communicator (Written and Presentation) in EnglishEmotionally intelligent individual with ability to listen, empathize and understand the impact of nonverbal communication.
