What success looks like in this role:

Unisys has announced a change to our  financial system globally in 2025.

This moves to Oracle Fusion and also impacts payroll processes.

We are looking for a candidate who will join our payroll team and support the daily work of the Global Payroll Transition and Compliance Senior Manager. As part of the role, you will need to carry out the following tasks:

Review of the monthly payroll output reports, monthly pay register, GL file, bank file, other regular reportsEnsuring that the reports are reflecting all required changes related to Oracle Fusion project requested by the Finance departmentReport discrepancies to the Global Payroll Transition and Compliance Senior Manager, attend on calls with the payroll providers and be ready to detail and explain discrepanciesFollow the guidance of the Global Payroll Transition and Compliance Senior Manager during the implementation procedure

You are a great candidate if:

You have experience in payroll implementation for at least one countryOr You have seen an end-to-end payroll process for at least one countryYou are a quick learner and can adapt to a new environment in a short period of timeYou can work independentlyYou are proficient in both spoken and written English

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
