TwitterFacebookGoogle+LinkedInEmailOur client requires an architect to join an HRIS (Human Resource Information System) transformation project, working closely with both functional business and technical teams, verify that decisions adhere to overarching business goals/needs and ensure smooth transfer of data to Oracle HCM cloud during data migration. Resource must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Processes and System knowledge including payroll and human capital management systems. Working alongside implementation partner and project team, the resource will ensure system configurations adhere to established standards and guide quality assurance (test scripts, testing scenarios, processes) for projects. This includes identifying risks, providing progress updates, escalating risks and providing recommendations for enhancing system performance and user experience.
Work is hybrid. Candidates must be located in the Greater Victoria or Greater Vancouver Areas.

Mandatory Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience within the last 15 years as the solution lead functional architect implementing some combination of Oracle Fusion HCM modules Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud in the Canadian public sector and / or unionized organizations Must have an Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management Certification. Payroll Certification (CPP, FPC, CPM, etc.) or equivalent experience. Experience implementing position management in large organizations (500+ employees). Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Minimum of 3 successfully delivered full implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as functional lead Architect or similar roles. Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving. Ability to develop new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience reporting to senior leadership A demonstrated ability to manage, mentor and collaborate with more junior staff Must have an Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management Certification Must have experience collaborating on business process enhancements. Desirable Requirements Project management certification (PMP or Prince2) Experience in implementing position management in a large organization (500+ employees) Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules including CoreHR, Compensation, Time & Labour, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits and RecruitmentJob Posting ID: 55684ORACLEARCH
