Work you’ll do
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Manager, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier SaaS tool to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Leading your team to deliver superior results for your client
Managing all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client
Building your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge you possess
Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development

Qualifications
Required is a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the following areas:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience requiredHands on experience in multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product, from planning through design, build, testing and go-liveStrong functional knowledge of the systemExperience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectationsExperience managing project financials, including monitoring and managing project risks/issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the clientExperience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to continue to grow and develop your colleagues within the practiceSuperior communications skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and WordAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 to $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
