Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist Master

The Deloitte Consulting HR Transformation practice is a $600M+ offering, with over 2,000 consulting practitioners, and is part of a $2B+ Human Capital Consulting team. Our practice encompasses HR Strategy, technical and functional Cloud HR enabling technologies.

Work you’ll do

As an Oracle HCM Specialist Master, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier software to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

Leading the work associated with the implementation of a specific Oracle HCM Cloud module or modules, including Design, Configuration and Build, Testing, and Cutover to ProductionWorking closely with a large team to deliver results for your clientFinding deep satisfaction by being responsible for final work productEnjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development

The Oracle Enabled HR Transformation team

Our Oracle Enabled HR Transformation team includes practitioners with deep HR technology, operations, and industry experience, HR and Payroll professionals, technical architects, and consultants. We differentiate and win based on our understanding of the heart of business issues and enabling our client’s experience with Oracle Cloud technology. We collaborate to design, implement, and integrate Oracle HCM cloud solutions to enable the transformation of the HR function and the overall employee experience. Qualifications

Required:

6+ years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 4 full life cycle implementationsStrong functional and/or technical knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system in one or more of the following modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, OTL, Absence, ORC, Talent Management, LearnExperience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are metExperience managing projects, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalationSuperior communications skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and ExcelBachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience requiredAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
