Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle HCM HR Analyst (functional, core HR) in Irving, TX. Summary: In this role, you will be joining a robust global organization that is heavily integrated with Oracle HCM. The ideal person will have strong functional Core HR experience and provide primary functional design, direction and support to the corporate HR system. The position also contributes to both functional and technical implementations of existing and new Oracle HR, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll and related third party applications. Responsibilities Include: * Supports Functional and technical support to the corporate HR, benefits and payroll functions (Only HCM required) * Creates and Delivers Documentation and training to end user groups on existing functionality and newly developed enhancements * Documents and communicates functional and technical requirement specifications for system enhancements and reporting/data needs to IT development team * Performs Impact analysis for solution options of new requirements/enhancement and assess global impact * Maintains System configuration including Approval rules, Roles and Personalization's in Oracle HCM system * Executes QA services and regression testing for all applicable Oracle HCM patches, upgrades, reports and customizations * Works with supported corporate HR functions to streamline, document and improve existing and new processes using Oracle HCM and third-party software solutions like ADP, Kronos, OKTA, etc.
