Role will serve as a Technical Lead/SME for Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent, Learning and Compensation modules. Responsible to lead team in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to support and enable the business with considerations towards best practices, efficiency, scalability and supportability. 

Apply advanced knowledge and skills to analyze, problem solve, configure, test, deploy, and support production applications of various size and complexity. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and is responsible for data security and compliance, mentoring and coaching others, providing architectural influence and vendor software improvements while collaborating and building partnerships with the business and cross-functional teams.
