Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

Design and architect scalable solutions using the Oracle Cloud platformActively participate in functional design alongside other functional teams and business stakeholdersDevelop detailed functional specificationsIdentify risks, confirm their validity, and devise strategies to mitigate themClearly translate and communicate business requirements to the business using story-based narratives, and present strategies and recommendations to executivesCommunicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

The Team 

The Oracle Enterprise Solutions offering provides services from ERP and Cloud strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client’s business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability, and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards. 

Qualifications

Required

Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle Order Management and fulfillment processesExtensive hands-on experience with order management Proven project management, project delivery, and hands-on experience in transformation projects across industriesServed as a Cloud Functional Lead on multiple global implementationsProven experience in Order Management and fulfillment implementationsAbility to demonstrate Order Management functionalities Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Live near or willing to relocate to Austin, TX. Relocation assistance is available.

Extensive hands-on experience with Order ManagementSignificant experience in advanced fulfillment processes xtensive hands-on experience with demand, supply, and financial planning processesExperience in production plan and MRP Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Analytical/ Decision Making ResponsibilitiesAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.Excellent Written and Communication SkillsAbility to deliver technical demonstrations.
