Oracle OTM Lead

The Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Lead is responsible for implementation, configuration, and optimization of the OTM system within the organization. This role ensures that the OTM system effectively supports the company's transportation and logistics operations, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with business teams to understand business requirements and then to develop and map solutions in the OTM.

Excellent troubleshooting skills within OTM and working with integration apps that feeds to and from the app. Deploy and Support OTM solutions including Interfaces to ERP systems. Lead and provide an integrated approach of OTM touch points with other systems. Lead OTM technical vision to leverage best practices and drive maximum business value. Resolve OTM related issues and identify root cause for problems to support transportation users. Monitor key systems, batch jobs and interfaces between OTM and other systems. Create comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, technical specifications, and implementation guides. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation. Implementation experience in Ocean, Road, and Multimode transportation within OTM. Knowledge in Integrations area such XML, XSD and XSL transformation

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 -$102,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
