Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Oracle PPM Product Analyst in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Boca Raton, Florida. As an Oracle PPM Product Analyst, your main role will be to focus on the implementation of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and ensure alignment with its functionalities while maintaining a smooth transition.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the implementation of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM), with a particular emphasis on Contracts, Project, and PPM Billing.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, the internal technical team, and the implementation partner to facilitate communication and process flow.
• Validate and refine current business processes and workflows within the Billing stream to optimize contract-to-cash workflows.
• Collaborate on various tasks such as requirement gathering, solution design, change management, and cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition.
• Review and approve business requirements and ensure they flow efficiently through solutioning and unit testing.
• Support training initiatives and stabilization efforts post-go-live to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor project progress using tools like JIRA to keep track of tasks and deadlines.
• Apply strong functional expertise, prioritizing business processes, and workflow optimization over technical development.
• Leverage knowledge of middleware integrations (ATS to Oracle) to facilitate seamless data transfer.
• Review and refine existing solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives, advocating for business needs when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Portfolio Management and PPM is essential
• Experience in Billing, specifically within the Healthcare/NHS industry is required
• Must have extensive knowledge of Oracle Projects
• Expertise in Project Billing is a prerequisite
• Must have a strong understanding of Project Portfolio
• Familiarity with JIRA is a must
• Previous experience as an Oracle Project Manager is highly desirable
• Prior experience in the Staffing industry is beneficial
