What you will do

As a Principal Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving Oracle’s HCM Cloud and Payroll solutions across the ECEMEA region, supporting both direct and partner-led opportunities. You will work closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to deliver impactful product demonstrations and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

Job responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end presales activities for Oracle SaaS opportunities in direct and partner-led sales cycles. Deliver engaging, high-impact product demonstrations for Oracle Cloud Applications. Provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM and Payroll to support customer engagements. Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, partners, and customers, effectively communicating Oracle’s product strategy and value propositions. Collaborate with Oracle and partner teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success. Support partners in co-delivery models, enabling them to transition towards independent presales execution. Conduct workshops and industry events, evangelizing Oracle FUSION and emerging SaaS trends.
