Job Description:Our team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Oracle Subscription Management Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive business success. The Technical Oracle Subscription Management Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Oracle Cloud Subscription Management. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Subscription Management processes and functionality, integration and extension capabilities, and interlocking dependencies of adjacent, integrated modules within the Oracle Cloud stack.Work you'll do
Technical Design and Architecture:
Design and implement the Oracle Subscription Management platform as part of full-stack Oracle Cloud transformations. Analyze current systems and capabilities to recommend standardized Oracle processes that enhance efficiency. Collaborate with interlocking modules including Order Management, Revenue Management, and Receivables, driving toward a unified solution within Oracle Cloud. Ensure integration with non-Oracle systems typically comprising of front-end e-Commerce, software fulfillment and provisioning, and usage mediation to support the subscription lifecycle management. Identify data relationships across solutions and ensure consistency throughout the system, addressing complex data relationships effectively.Client Engagement and Requirement Analysis:
Gather and respond to client requirements, helping them to understand the benefits of standardized processes. Engage with client stakeholders throughout the entire order and subscription lifecycle to define solutions that meet business needs. Facilitate discussions to clarify technical requirements and system configurations. Leverage subscription domain expertise to recommend industry standards and best practices.Solution Development and Implementation:
Identify viable solution options and lead proofs-of-concept, testing in conjunction with functional and technical teams Manage delivery of lean spec and configuration documents, confirming documented solution aligns to client requirements and technical capabilities Define the technical solutions for implementations, ensuring alignment with functional specifications. Review testing outputs, providing constructive feedback to drive successful implementation.Impact Assessment and Process Optimization:
Assess the impacts of subscription management on various processes including order management, software fulfillment, receivables, revenue management, and service delivery. Ensure that solution supports the full subscription lifecycle including new sale, renewals, amendments, and terminations through a unified process Lead efforts to optimize integration across systems to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction. Identify ways to relate data effectively across different systems and maintain consistency in data management.Collaboration and Communication:
Act as a liaison between technical and functional teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of project requirements. Communicate complex technical considerations to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends related to subscription management and Oracle technologies. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and solutions provided to clients.The team:

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's, degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud with extensibility including Service Mappings, Algorithms, and Application Composer Strong knowledge of subscription billing models, including consumption-based monetization (Rating & Entitlement Plans) Proven experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into Oracle solutions Experience completing at least two full-cycle Oracle implementation projects, with at least one focused on subscription management Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: 1+ years of experience in Oracle Subscription Management or similar subscription management platform; Experience in Subscription Management Proficiency in SQL and data modeling Experience with APIs and data integration tools. Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles, including PCI compliance Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure. Experience with Oracle Fusion applications (CRM, SCM, Sales, Financials, etc.) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.Benefits:
