Order Administrator

Join our team as an Order Handler and play a key role in commissioning upgrades and technical support of our customers. You will handle and follow up the customers, sales orders, and purchase orders, in order to maintain the best possible support and logistics for both external and internal customers.  Are you eager to take your career to the next level? In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Adhere to company’s and customer HSEQ standards at all times.  Be exposed to the Order Administration (with surveillance and following up of sales orders and purchase orders, Expediting) and JDI Order entry side. Support customers, sales engineers, project engineers and finance teams. Be engaged in the Logistics area (including data-management on “kicked-over” orders).  Enforce to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.  Act as a Trade Compliance gatekeeper according to the Trade Compliance manual.

   For This Role, You Will Need: Commercial / Technical education on college level.  Experience of Windows Office – especially Word and Excel (or similar Office products).  Proficient in Norwegian and English - both oral and written.
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Administrative competences. JDI training. Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
